Service Advisor

MIERS Service specialises in the maintenance and repair of Mercedes vehicles. In our service environment, skilled professionals provide professional and efficient service to our customers on a daily basis. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer-focused and organised Service Advisor. Someone who is strong in communication, keeps an overview, and ensures smooth follow-up between client and workshop.

Your function
  • You are the first point of contact and receive customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • You are responsible for allocating work to the technicians and are in direct contact with them
  • You follow the work in the workshop and communicate clearly with the client.
  • You ensure correct administrative processing and invoicing
  • You monitor the schedule and ensure efficient progress
Your profile
  • You have a basic knowledge of car mechanics
  • You have a hands-on mentality and communicate smoothly
  • You are accurate and set the right priorities in your workload
  • You are a team player but can also work independently
  • You can handle a healthy dose of stress
  • You are open to coaching and training, but also learn through self-study.
